INGREDIENTS: 
Ibuprofen 10%w/w
DOSAGE: 
Over 14 years: squeeze 50-125mg (2-5cm) of the gel from the tube and lightly rub into the affected area until absorbed. Do not repeat more frequently than every 4 hours, up to a maximum of 4 times a day.
Under 14 years: not to be used.
