How to use:

• Use Lactacyd during your bathing or showering routine, as you would use a body wash. Dilute the product with a little water and apply to the external part of your vagina with your hand, flannel or sponge. You can use this product to clean the entire external area of your vagina.
• Take care not to rub too vigorously or use flannels/sponges that are unclean or have harsh textures to prevent infection and irritation. Rinse the area thoroughly after applying the product.
