Usage:
- Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1/2 tablespoonful daily (15-30g),
- 5-12 years: 1-2 teaspoonfuls daily (10-20g),
- 1-5 years: 1/2-1 teaspoonful daily (5-10g).
