USES: 
Relief from vaginal atrophy and dryness such as itching, irritation and discomfort. One application delivers continuous moisture for up to 3 days.
Works best when used on a regular basis.

DOSAGE: 
Tube and reusable applicator: Remove cap from tube and pull the end of the applicator until coming to a natural halt. Squeeze the tube to fill the empty part of the barrel with approximately 4cm of gel. Unscrew the applicator from the tube and replace the cap. While sitting, standing or lying on the back with knees bent, gently insert open end of applicator into the vagina as deeply as is comfortable. Hold applicator in place with thumb and middle finger and press the plunger until it stops. Withdraw the applicator. After use, pull the plunger all the way out of the barrel and wash both parts in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly, dry and reassemble. Prefilled applicator: Remove from sealed wrapper and grip firmly by the thick end. Shake down like a thermometer to ensure contents are at the thin end. Twist off tab and discard. Insert into the vagina while in a sitting position or lying on back with knees bent. Insert thin end into the vagina as deeply as it will go comfortably. Squeeze thick end to deposit gel and then remove applicator.
