Acnecide Wash is an effective leave on treatment for acne which can be used on face, chest and back.
It contains active ingredient benzoyl peroxide which effectively kills up to 95% of bacteria causing spots. In addition, it contains microsphere technology which helps absorb excess oil while releasing glycerine to hydrate the skin.
Acnecide Wash is indicated for the treatment of acne. Contains 5% benzoyl peroxide. Always read the label.

How to use
Wet skin and gently rub a small amount of the wash on to the affected areas to form a lather. Leave on the skin for 1-2 minutes then rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry. Apply wash once or twice a day to all affected areas of the face. Use a non-cosmogonic moisturiser after application to help to reduce any irritation the treatment can cause.
Hazards and Cautions
Do not use with other acne treatments and benzoyl peroxide products unless advised by your doctor. If your acne gets worse while using Acnecide Wash Gel or if it does not improve within 12 weeks, it is important that you see your pharmacist or doctor for advice. Under treatment of some forms of acne may sometimes result in scarring. Your pharmacist or doctor will be able to recommend an alternative treatment for your acne. If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, planning to have a baby, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine. Try to avoid exposure to strong sunlight whilst using Acnecide Wash Gel. If exposure is unavoidable, use a suitable sunscreen and apply the treatment in the evening. If your skin becomes severely irritated, or sever redness, itching or peeling of the skin occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult your pharmacist or doctor. This product may bleach hair and coloured fabrics including clothing, towels and bed linen. Be careful to avoid contact of the Wash Gel with these materials. Please make sure that you wash your hands thoroughly after you have used it.

Active Ingredient: Hydrous Benzoyl Peroxide equivalent to Benzoyl peroxide 5% w/w.
Also Contains: Acrylates copolymer, glycerol, carbomer 940, sodium C14-C16 olefin sulfonate, sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment), purified water.
Uses: Treatment of allergic conditions such as hayfever or rashes such as nettle rash or hives. Also for the treatment of short term adult insomnia and to treat or stop nausea or vomiting such as travel sickness.
Ingredients: Promethazine hydrochloride 25mg
Dosage: For allergies: Adults, the elderly and children over 10 years: one tablet taken at night. This may be increased to a maximum of one tablet twice a day if necessary. Children 5-10 years: one tablet at night. Children 2-5 years: Phenergan Elixir recommended. Children under 2 years: not recommended. As an anti-emetic: Adults, the elderly and children over 10 years: one tablet the night before the journey. Repeat after 6-8 hours as required. Children 5-10 years: Phenergan Elixir or 10mg tablets recommended. Children 2-5 years: Phenergan Elixir recommended. Children under 2 years: not recommended.

What does Phenergan tablets treat? Phenergan Tablets are used to treat the following conditions: To treat allergic conditions such as hay fever or rashes (like nettle rash or hives) To treat or stop you feeling sick (nausea) or being sick (vomiting) such as travel sickness. For short term use: to treat adults with difficulty sleeping (insomnia)
Is Phenergan a strong sleeping tablet? It's known as a drowsy (sedating) antihistamine, so it's more likely to make you feel sleepy than other antihistamines. Promethazine is used for: short-term sleep problems (insomnia) – including when a cough, cold or itching is keeping you awake at night.
Is Phenergan tablets a safe drug? Promethazine is a relatively safe medication that is very useful in treating several conditions, such as nausea/vomiting, allergic disorders, prevention of motion sickness, and pre/post-operative or obstetric sedation.
