As an anti-emetic: Adults, the elderly and children over 10 years: one tablet the night before the journey. Repeat after 6-8 hours as required. Children 5-10 years: Phenergan Elixir or 10mg tablets recommended. Children 2-5 years: Phenergan Elixir recommended. Children under 2 years: not recommended.
