USES:
For the relief of symptoms associated with colds and flu and the pain and congestion of sinusitis, including aches and pains, headache, blocked nose and sore throat, chills, lowering of temperature, and to loosen stubborn mucous and provide relief from chesty coughs

INGREDIENTS:
Paracetamol 1000mg 
Guaifenesin 200mg 
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 12.2mg
DOSAGE:
Over 16 years: 1 sachet in hot water (250ml) every 4-6 hours as required. Maximum 4 sachets in any 24 hours.
Under 16 years: not to be given. Not to be taken for more than 3 days without medical advice
