USES: 
Relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as backache, rheumatic pains, muscular pain, sprains, strains and sports injuries.

INGREDIENTS: 
Ibuprofen 5%w/w

DOSAGE: 
Over 14 years: squeeze 50-100mg (5-10cm) of the gel from the tube and lightly rub into the affected area until absorbed. Do not repeat more frequently than every 4 hours. Repeat as necessary up to a maximum of 4 times a day. Under 14 years: not to be used except on the advice of a doctor.
