• Both scaler and pick are made from soft steel that safely cleans without damaging tooth enamel if used as directed
• For adult use only
• Follow instructions carefully
• Certain elements found in dental plaque may cause clotting and an increased risk of heart disease in some people
• Regularly rinse mouth thoroughly during use

• Use only light pressure when cleaning your tongue

How to use:

Dental scaler:

• Hold the tool so that the top of the curve is flat against the tooth.
• Gently pull away from the gum towards the biting edge of each tooth.
• Use weekly.

Dental pick:

• Place pick at the gum line between the teeth and gently pull away from the gum line to remove food.
• Use weekly.

Tongue cleaner:

• Place the tongue cleaner on the back of your tongue and pull forward, lightly skimming the surface of your tongue.
• Rinse tongue cleaner with warm water and repeat as needed.
• After use, rinse tools with warm water and allow to air dry.
