How to use:
Dental scaler:
- Hold the tool so that the top of the curve is flat against the tooth.
- Gently pull away from the gum towards the biting edge of each tooth.
- Use weekly.
Dental pick:
- Place pick at the gum line between the teeth and gently pull away from the gum line to remove food.
- Use weekly.
Tongue cleaner:
- Place the tongue cleaner on the back of your tongue and pull forward, lightly skimming the surface of your tongue.
- Rinse tongue cleaner with warm water and repeat as needed.
- After use, rinse tools with warm water and allow to air dry.
