Fybogel Fibre Chews Tablets are tasty citrus flavoured chewable tablets that contains Fibersol-2 (a type of fibre) to help gently relieve constipation and maintain regularity. Fibersol-2 works by bulking and retaining water in stool, making them easier to pass. Ideal for on-the-go these convenient fibre tablets can be chewed or dissolved in the mouth.

Directions for Use:

• Please carefully peel & read label before use.
• Suitable for adults and children over 12 years old.
• Take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 more in the evening. Chew tablets or allow them to dissolve in your mouth. After taking the tablets you may drink water or other drinks (eg juice).
• Do not exceed 6 tablets daily.
• If condition persists or worsens after 7 days of treatment consult your doctor.

Cautions:

• Do not use the product after stated expiry date.
• Consult your doctor before use if pregnant/lactation or taking any other medication.
• Do not take if hypersensitivity/allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• If an adverse reaction occurs discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• If condition persists or worsens after 7 days of treatment consult your doctor.
• Contains Aspartame 0.55mg/tablet. Aspartame is a source of phenylalanine and may be harmful if you have phenylketonuria (PKU).
• Side effects: may cause abdominal swelling, flatulence and, in case of excessive consumption, diarrhoea.
• Store in a cool, dry place out of reach and sight of children.
