Aqua, Gaultheria Procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) Leaf Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Polyacrylamide, Phenoxyethanol, Allantoin, Menthol, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Laureth-7, Ethylhexylglycerin, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool

DOSAGE:
Adults: gently massage into the skin until absorbed. Apply no more than 3-4 times daily. Can be used all over the body but avoid the face.
