INGREDIENTS: 
Calcium Carbonate 680mg
Magnesium Carbonate Heavy 80mg
DOSAGE: 
Over 12 years: 2 tablets to be sucked or chewed as required.

Maximum of 10 tablets a day.
Under 12 years: not recommended.
