Directions for use:

Recommended Daily Dose:

• Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)
• Children: 3-12 Years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon)
• Winter Dose: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
• Children 3-12 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily Food supplements should not replace a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
