INGREDIENTS: 
100% natural sea water based solution (hypertonic solution enriched with copper and eucalyptus oil)

DOSAGE: 
Adults and children from 3 years: use at the first sign of a cold or sinusitis. Apply 2 sprays into each nostril up to 6 times a day.
